Pricing, turnaround, and how the shoot actually works.
Interior and exterior photography starts at $150 for homes under 1,500 sq ft, and scales with square footage from there. Drone-only coverage of land and acreage starts at $125. Add-ons like twilight sessions, Zillow 3D tours, floor plans, and social video are priced separately.

Larger properties and fully produced cinematic video can take longer. If you are working against a hard listing deadline, mention it when you book and Matthew will tell you straight away whether it is doable.
The whole Oklahoma City metro — Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont, Midwest City, Bethany, Deer Creek, Guthrie, and El Reno — plus most of central and southern Oklahoma, including Shawnee, Stillwater, Chickasha, Purcell, Pauls Valley, Duncan, Ardmore, and Lawton.
Anything within 30 miles of downtown OKC has no travel charge. Beyond that it is $2 per additional mile, calculated automatically when you enter the property address in the quote tool — so you see the travel cost before you book, not after.
Yes — 4K aerial photo and video, and Matthew is FAA Part 107 certified, which is the commercial drone license the FAA requires for paid work. Worth confirming with any photographer you hire; not everyone flying a drone for money actually holds it.
Aerials are available as an add-on to a standard shoot, or as standalone coverage for land and acreage priced by the acre.
Yes. The Zillow package is a 360° virtual walkthrough plus an interactive floor plan, built to upload straight to your Zillow listing, for $150.
There is also a short branded video walkthrough for Zillow at $75, and a measured 2D floor plan priced by home size if that is all you need.
A twilight session is an exterior shoot taken in the short window just after sunset, when the sky still has color and the windows glow from inside. It is the shot that tends to stop the scroll on a listing feed.
It is a $150 add-on. Because the window is only about 20–30 minutes, twilight shoots are scheduled separately from the main daytime shoot.
